Anita Pillai has spent 15+ years in the education sector, working with schools, teachers, and families to support both learning and personal growth. She has worked in various schools : VIBGYOR, Billabong, Navrachna and various boards IB, CAIE-IGCSE,ICSE, CBSE, State board- GSEB . She is currently the Vice-Principal at Sabari Vidyalaya Patod School, where she manages curriculum, coordinates with teachers, and stays connected with students and parents. Over time, Anita realized that many students really need the right guidance to make sense of their career choices. Students are unable to understand which subjects to choose, when to choose, how to choose and base the choice on what- friends, parents, media, interest and availability of stream. And that’s where her passion for professional counselling began.

Bhincareers.com was born out of several conversations with students and youngsters who felt lost about what to do next, along with parents who were unsure of the new opportunities that have swept the minds of young people in recent years. Anita Pillai saw this uncertainty up close and wanted to create a space where individuals could explore options with clarity instead of guesswork. Her biggest motivation is to bridge the gap between academics and the real world by helping students step into internships and industry experiences. This is something that’s still not very common in India but is vital to understanding what a career actually looks like in practice.
